1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or provided by our sales team during the quotation process.
- Local Delivery (Islamabad/Rawalpindi): Same day or next business day delivery.
- Nationwide (Pakistan): 3-5 business days depending on the courier service.
- International (Saudi Arabia, Belgium, etc.): Shipping times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected.
3. Installation Services
For heavy equipment (e.g., large photocopiers and multi-function printers), we offer professional delivery and installation services within our coverage areas. Please coordinate with our support team to schedule an installation time.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) or delivery schedule.
5. Damages
E-TECH Office Solutions is not liable for any products damaged or lost during third-party transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
